At North Oaks, we don’t look at church as a corporate program or a rigid checklist. We are a family. Spiritual growth is a beautiful, lifelong journey, and everyone’s path looks a little different.

Our Growth Path is a simple, pressure-free way to help you find your people, discover your purpose, and live the life God designed for you. You don’t have to follow a strict order—just jump in wherever you feel ready!

👋 1. CONNECT

Move from a seat to a conversation.

The Heart Behind It: Faith is all about relationships, and we want to get to know the real you.
How to start: Slip over to the Connection Courtyard right after our Sunday morning assembly for our 10-Minute Meet.
What to expect: You’ll get to chat casually with our ministers and shepherds, grab some coffee, and take home a small welcome gift from our family to yours.
What’s next?: When you're ready to test the waters of everyday church life, you can join a home LifeGroup for a short, 10-week study, or try a 1-Sunday Serve Test-Drive to shadow a friend on our volunteer teams.

🌱 2. ROOTED

Strengthen your roots in God and His story and discover how God uniquely wired you.

The Heart Behind It: To grow strong in life, you need deep roots. This step is all about helping you understand who God is and who you are in Him.
How to start: Pull up a chair at our quarterly Rooted Lunch, hosted on a Sunday right after church. The food and childcare are completely on us!
What we talk about: Over a casual meal, we walk through three simple conversations together:
- Who is God?: Breaking down the beautiful character of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
- Your Spiritual Assessment: A fun, easy workshop to help you see how your unique personality can make a difference.
- The Gospel Core: Exploring the simple, life-changing New Testament pattern of faith, grace, and baptism.

🚀 3. GO

Help others and love our neighbors.

The Heart Behind It: You were made for a purpose. God has given you unique gifts, and your church family is here to cheer you on as you use them to love others.
How to start: Step into a life of meaning by sharing God's love both inside our church walls and out in the Santa Clarita Valley.
Lead the Way: Help take care of our church family by stepping up to guide a Sunday volunteer team or opening your home to lead a LifeGroup circle.
Sent: Live as an everyday missionary. We will walk alongside you and equip you with simple, conversational tools so you can confidently share your faith, read the Bible with a curious coworker, and walk with your neighbors toward Jesus.
